Saddleback Memorial Medical Center Awards Contract to ImageSoft, Inc.

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. ImageSoft, Inc. has been awarded a contract to provide an enterprise imaging and workflow solution to Saddleback Memorial Medical Center in Laguna Hills, CA.
Saddleback Memorial Medical Center, is a 24-hour emergency and critical care facility. With 600 physicians, 1,900 employees and 252 beds, Saddleback has one of the state's most advanced critical care centers.
The implementation by ImageSoft of the OnBase™ Integrated Document Management solution will add efficiency, improve productivity and enhance the level of patient care. The solution fits nicely into Saddleback’s Vision Statement:

“This solution will streamline the patient registration, pre-admission process” states Chuck Rondinone, ImageSoft’s Senior Account Executive. “Utilizing the powerful OnBase Workflow module, this solution will expedite the dissemination of critical information to the areas of the hospital providing care as well as expediting the payment process. In addition the ImageSoft/Onbase solution will integrate with Saddleback’s Keane and Eclipsys line of business applications.”
ImageSoft is leveraging the capabilities of OnBase as well as using OCR for AnyDoc software for data extraction of demographic and financial information from Explanation of Benefit (EOB) forms. “The addition of this process will add efficiency, cost-savings, increased accuracy, while assisting in providing for compliance with HIPAA regulations”, stated Scott Bade, ImageSoft Vice President.
Saddleback Memorial is a member of Memorial Care Health System, which includes Anaheim Memorial Medical Center, Long Beach Memorial Medical Center, Millers Children’s Hospital and Orange Coast Medical Center.
