ImageSoft has utilized the power of OnBase to help streamline the Clerks Department for a number of local counties. Because the Clerks Department is often responsible for handling court related documents and other types of documents that are accessed by many other departments, the clerk becomes a critical hub in the imaging system.
Create a premiere archival system accessible by departments outside of the Clerks Department with the ability to search across all documents from outside applications such as JIS, Extra, etc.
Create Barcode Labels with Docket IDs that are used for automated indexing during scanning.
Perform automatic index lookup via the sample index received from the Docket ID (automatically filling in Defendant, Plaintiff, etc. from the Docket ID).
Print with the Certificate Print Utility for automatic printing of the Clerk Certificate, automatically date stamped, on a blank page along with the record
